The signature product on the Pieology menu is the oven-fired artisan-style pizza. While in an average pizzeria, you have to pay for every topping you decide to add to your pizza, Pieology gives you a chance to add as many toppings as you wish for the same price. This approach makes Pieology prices a good deal.
Although the company does offer gluten-free crust, it warns customers with celiac disease and gluten sensitivities that it’s cooked in a common kitchen, and, therefore, the risk of exposure isn’t eliminated. Apart from the pizza, the menu comprises salads, strips, drinks, and a couple of desserts. Beer and wine can be ordered in some of their locations.
While the overall number of outlets exceeds 120 (April 2018), most of them are located in California (around 80). All the rest can be found in around 23 other states.
