Since 1991, when Pancheros Mexican Grill was founded, it has spread to over 70 locations. The fast-casual restaurant chain specializes in Tex Mex food. The Pancheros menu is divided into several segments, including Taco, Burrito, Quesadilla, and Salad. There’s also a chance to choose a so-called Burrito Bowl, which contains everything you find in a burrito, but without the tortilla. There’s also a range of sides including homemade queso, Mild Ancho salsa, and guacamole. What makes the menu appealing to many customers is that it in addition to the dishes with pre-selected ingredients, it offers an opportunity to choose the ingredients you prefer and have your burrito or quesadilla made out of them.
Pancheros prices are basically on the same level as those of other US chains serving Mexican-style foods, Chipotle and Qdoba for instance.
