10 Weird But Delicious Combinations in Food

Probably each person has some eating habits, which another person may consider weird, to say the least.

It is very easy to find recipes for dishes, where in the list of ingredients has the kind of products which seem completely incompatible at first glance. But this does not mean that the whole dish will be tasteless and unappetizing.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil on a pan and fry the eggplant for 2 minutes on each side. Place on a plate covered with a paper towel to get rid of excess oil. Sprinkle with sea salt. Add some honey on top and decorate it with thyme leaves.
